Whatever you do, do not say you intend to work or school at the interview. That's one of the trick questions that they ask. Say that you have no current intent to work or go to school. Your moving to get married.

It's a lie, but they could fail you for telling the truth.

It's not a lie. Even if it was, it can't be proven. It's like asking someone if they plan to have a steak for dinner. You say whatever you want. You don't have to reveal anything that you don't want to reveal. The ONLY reason they would ask these questions, are to determine if you have reasons other than marrying your partner for coming to the USA. If you answer it with "Yes, I am planning to go to school, etc", then be prepared for a possible rejection.

You worry about what you think is good advice, and I will do the same.

I think we extually have the same opinion omn this matter in your 1st post however you do use give the advice to lie. and i disacree with that part. I think you maybe mena it differently as it sounds now and that was just a poor choice of words that some popele could interpert in the wroong way. apart from that i very much respect your posts and opinions and personally think you giv very good advice.
just tell it in a way that sounds good and is not a lie. and i think that is also what you mean.
but in your 1st post you use the words it is a lie, and that is not good.

Ok, just scratch out the word lie. Don't reveal any intention to work or school in the USA.  :D

It says on the USCIS website:

"Customer Service Tools Outage. USCIS will conduct system maintenance on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 from 9:00 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. (Eastern)"

Didn't they just conduct that maintenance like a week ago? Is that a weekly thing? lol..

I scanned the entire January population (the list that AkesAngel gave me), and sure enough, I see 1 approval for 5/10, just like the other commenter mentioned. Congrats to someone out there :)

Microsoft just released a major security patch for a vulnerability on patch Tuesday. I am guessing they may have Microsoft SQL servers as a back end. Outage will be short if that is the case

Being a February filer I scanned for Feb. and as I said there was more than one... in fact there were two.  I was mildly disappointed.  But it is progress.
