It's not easy. Not dealing with it very well at all, here.

Me either. It wouldn't be so bad if they were working at the usual rate - that wait has been frustrating, but at least we had the peace of mind that there was progress being made, and we could realistically expect it to be our turn soon. This current pattern of activity (or lack of) is really depressing.

I wanted to thank you for providing the level of detail in your data especially the graphs. I no longer have to sort the data to see where my case is since you break down the activity for each day of the month for all our individual case filing dates. This is very much appreciated.

Seeing the data you are posting here to the level of detail you offer allows each of us to know where we stand in the process and see the daily progress of USCIS.

Now at day 117 our frustration level is shared with everyone else here. We can only pray that USCIS continues picking up the pace so that all of us can move on to the next steps in this painful process and finally be with the one we love so much in our heart.

Best wishes to everyone here in receiving your NOA2 in an expedited manner.

Thank you again for taking the time and effort from your daily schedule in putting together this data for us.

I know this is helping to ease some of our pain and frustration that we all are experiencing with USCIS.

I'll be happy when "normal" is triple digit approvals. Hope tonight (if that is still valid) brings those numbers again.

This current pattern of activity (or lack of) is really depressing.

If you take a look at the data I posted last night, focus on the chart for touched versus untouched cases. It looks like (to me) they are consistent with the number of cases that are touched daily. It's true that the number of approvals dropped to nothing for a few days, however, the pattern I think I see is them trying to touch every case. Only 30% of January cases remain untouched. This means we should see the untouched cases shrinking, resulting in us seeing an RFE or approved, soon. Once again this is all based upon an assumption that they are trying to get every case into an untouched state state as quickly as possible.

With good data each day, I hope that we can start seeing the patterns and have a better view of what's going on over there. We can only guess at the end of the day, I think.

What I don't understand is why there are certain people (in December for example) who seem to have just been skipped.

Awesome! Thank you so much! I cannot believe how slow they are processing cases. Hopefully this week is much better than last. I'm getting a little stir crazy with checking my case status every 5 seconds. Has anyone got anything?

Your NOA1 is Feb 15th, you definitely will drive yourself crazy checking every 5 seconds because you have about 3 weeks left before you'll probably get touched.  So, cool off and just check once a day, at a time before bed.  Otherwise you'll go insane checking so much so early in your process still.

Just can tell you are really excited but your expectations are too high and you'll set yourself up for a very miserable next couple of weeks.

Well that's good that it's only 30% left of January.  However, it  sucks that I'm one of them! ^_^  I would definitely rather see an RFE instead of my case remaining untouched.
