Confirmed. I am seeing RFE movement into 5/4/17 and 5/5/17. I know there were no 5/5 dates in my data last week or over the weekend. This means that there was a delay in cases being entered into online status. Now I'm hoping we see a backlog of approvals hit during today or tonight. I have my fingers, arms, legs, toes and eyes crossed. :)

In the data I was looking at on the iOS app Case Tracker, I am seeing the same thing in my sample (300 petitions). 5/4 and 5/5 data with a focus on RFE reply receipts.

Have you met in person ?

They just request that you have a bonide relationship. In my case I've been with my fiancé 3 years and we have 2 children and they still sent me and RFE requesting that we met in the past 2 years . Hahah as if 2 kids airplane tickets and pictures weren't enough.

To to answer your question, Jl st make sure you have enough evidence of your relationship.

Yes. We've met in person a few times. We sent flight ticket information, photographs, luggage tags, movie tickets, photos of our proposal, etc. I just worry a lot. And you hear about these rfe asking for terms of use of the website used. It most definitely wasn't a marriage broker website. I've literally googled for ages screen shotting websites explaining the app we met on. I literally worry about everything though haha. Thank you.

Im confused. Did we not see rfe movement last week as well? I thought the issue was no approvals were showing up? Have you seen any approvals?

Sorry for all the questions!

All online case status movement stopped on 5/5 and 5/4 too (including RFEs, etc). So many speculated that maybe nothing was processed at all in the past few days (nobody did anything, or they were doing something else). Approvals have not been seen since about 5/2 or 5/3. The good news is that today, 5/8, we are seeing cases showing as being touched on 5/4 and 5/5, which means there was some sort of delay getting the cases updated in the online system. The hope now is that approvals have happened and have been mailed, and will hit the system delayed, maybe tonight.

Thank you ☺️ It was January 30th

Congrats! If you do an online case status check, does the approval date say May 8th or May 5th?
