All the support documentation has to be from the USC. Unfortunately they don't care about the foreign fiance's finances, which is annoying because I'm much better on savings than my fiance, so you can be sure I won't be a financial burden for the country

During the embassy interview you can bring evidence of your savings. But for the AOS only the USC finances count.

From https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/family/fiance-k-1.html

Proof of Financial Support and Affidavit of Support Forms

During the visa interview, applicants will be required to present evidence to the consular officer that they will not become a public charge in the United States. You may present evidence that you are able to financially support yourself or that your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) is able to provide support. The Consular Officer may request that a Form I-134, Affidavit of Support be submitted by the U.S. citizen fiancé(e).

The U.S. citizen fiancé(e) will need to submit Form I-864 to USCIS with the application for adjustment of status to that of legal permanent resident following the marriage.

Oh, cool :) Thank you very much for the tip. I kept getting information saying no, only the USC's finances count. We are actually good in that part, so probably I won't even need it, but I'll take with me the info about my bank account to the interview definitely.

For showing financial support what is the most important thing. If you show that you make over the requirements that they ask, i think its the 125% above the minimum, but you do not have great savings in your bank account can they still deny you? Because I thought the main thing was always 125% over the minimum.

Yes, savings are just a secondary thing as long as your income meets the requirements. You shouldn't be denied because of that and actually I read guides were they say you don't even have to fill in the bank account/savings part if your income is high enough.

I just rather have everything as complete as possible.:P

I think we will hear a lot of good news in the next 2 weeks guys, i even have a feeling that some of you are going to get a NAO2 in the mail before your online status gets updated this week. Anybody want to share there wedding plans they made so far to keep the spitits up in times of no news?

We were planning to do our weddding as soon as we can at 1st, but then it would be really hard for our famelys to come because mine lives in the Netherlands and Davids lives all across america and in the Phillpines.  so we have changerd our mind and instead of doing a fast wedding for USCIS we disided to scedual our wedding on november 25 and make it our wedding again. They have taken such a big part of our lives already and we were no teven looking forward to our wedding anymore we got to a point were we just wanted to get it done so we can be together.
But now that we have a date, most of our famelys can get time of and come, and instead were going to take a few more holledays together to fill up the months untill november. David is comming to the Netherlands next week. then we are going to take a vacation together in Praque ( my faforite city in europe). that all of te US here ith a european spouse should consider. you can get a tiket for 100-150 euro from any country in the EU and for 700-1000 euro you will be pampered in a 4 start hotel for a week.
Then next month i am going to take a trip to the US (even though im super nervous about getting sent away. We feel good bout taking charge of our situation again. :-D
we are ging to pick out our wedding rings together next week, super exited about that !!
I hope this inspires some of you to do something funn for yourselfs to and forgt about the world that evolves around the K! for even a day <3<3
