they dont look at your housing situation they just look at your tax forms. your income there needs to be 100% of the poverty line + another 4000 or so for every dependent you have a year. for the K1 and 125%  + dependents for the ajustment of status.
Dont worry to much about this though if you dont meet these requirements at the time of the intrview all you need is to make shure that you get a co-sponsor that does meet these. the co-sponser can b anyone you knw, famely or friends.

No problem. Also when you are calling the USCIS with questions try the Miletary line, It does not say so on the sit directly but i think veteranans are alo allowed to use this. My fiance is miletary so we use that line and there slighty shorter lines and more helpfull there.

Well it appears another week has come and gone

A little frustrated waiting as I am on 109 days now

Let's hope next week brings us better news and let's stay positive for each other

not sure but the amount of approvals this week has been pretty low

I am scanning the data now, early, and there has been ZERO activity for January fllers so far. I will run a scan at 10 PM Central and send the results, but at this point, it looks completely dead.

I have been under the understanding that it is 11:00pm eastern time/8:00 pm pacific time is the end period.

So dissapointing and extremely frustrating. An entire week was essentially wasted and without even an explanation. We missed out on at the very least 500 new approvals for January.

I am at 112 days since NOA1...I am barely keeping it together, I was really hoping this week would be the one ...like the 3 previous...and well this week with no approvals (maybe 1) is just very hard on my mood, my mind. I just want to be with the one I love and be able to start a life. I am tired of my life being on pause.

No doubt. This week was supposed to be when my case was potentially adjudicated. It's my luck that all of the service centers just close down shop when my number came up.  

 

Best case scenario is that the site was being worked on and they snail mailed out status updates. I'm hoping that the system will all of the sudden update and show a ton of approvals

Sadly, i am not surprised by tonight's results, I think this week was meant for a lot of our cases, just been a long terrible week. I feel like what should we expect Monday? Only time will tell.

I wish there's tons of approval today and we are one of them. I want to be with my fiance, loving and take care each other and start our new life.  Things will be nicer when we are together.
