Did you sent the RFE back already? How does that work? We had a lawyer and from the beginning I had a bad feeling about her and we paid so much so that this won't happen. And I just wonder what it might be.

Yeah we got RFE last April 14 (98th day from received date Jan 01). At first I was also scared coz I knew we double-checked, triple-checked everything. We even delayed sending in our packet just to be sure. And having to pay the higher fee and losing almost $200 because we'd rather be careful. But it happened to us. We usually worked on our packet after work and we were probably too tired and missed that box. It's our 115th day and I remain positive as I wait for our NOA2. Don't fret. Think of it they could have already rejected your application and they did not. So stay positive. Waiting for NOA2 is not even half the battle.

Okay. I'm just scared we can't give them what they want. I hope we get the letter this week where it says what they need from us. Thank you and good luck :)

USCIS will mail you the instructions. You just follow it. It comes with a return envelope. All you need to do is follow the instructions and walk to you mailbox. The waiting does suck. But hey at least you're waiting for something. And that something is the NOA2

The wondering is the hardest part! We can't fathom what ours might be for so I guess we'll just have to wait.

Hello everyone and sorry if this has been asked before.  I am a January filer and received a RFE.  They are asking for all pages of my passport but are only providing a small return envelope to a PO box address.  Obviously this won't fit in their return envelope.  How big of a package can I send back to them into a PO box?  I am going to send priority mail but want to make sure it's going to get delivered.  Thanks for the help and I hope you all get your approvals, or even RFEs soon.

It's been 105 days for us waiting for the new update about our I-129F file from USCIS. We just control what we can (our mind). Me and my fiance done the best, we sent our I-129F petition, we got noa1 in January 17th. All we can do right now is just waiting for their new notification either is RFE or approval. I pray all the best for all of us. I believe our time will come soon. Our I-129F is only one of the process for us to be together.

For us, the most important thing is that we can maintain our relationship by making each other happy :)

Hi everyone,

I did a manual search of the remaining Jan cases this morning, using the app. Long way round, but it got a result. Unfortunately though, the result is disappointing. There was ONE approval for Jan files yesterday. Just one. There were a few 'response to RFE received', and over 40 RFE requests sent out.

The only conclusion that I can come to (and it's just speculation) is that a bunch of files with question marks over them were focused on yesterday, and the RFE verdicts were sent out. Really disappointing that this was all the activity that took place, but it's out of our hands and I guess we just have to roll with the punches at this point.

Let's all just hope for a better day at CSC today, and a return to the levels of productivity/approval that we've been seeing recently.
