so did you send it all over to USCIS? Did they accept it?

Or are you just waiting for the interview?

Well we sent the original one but I know you are supposed to keep a copy of everything you send.... we forgot to print out the copy to keep for our own records.  The actual petition you sent to USCIS and all the supporting documents will be forwarded to the embassy.  The second copy is more for you to have "just in case".

Sorry to hear that, but at least I'm sure that your RFE will be something easy to fix if you feel that they're no errors and you will be approved within the next couple weeks.

I say take the government out of the picture altogether and put the smart people in charge (engineers, scientists, programmers etc). Whole other subject (technical inefficiency on planet Earth in general). 40,000 children don't starve to death each day because of a lack of resources. They starve because human beings use poor strategies to meet needs (work for a living, cooperative monetary system versus competitive, etc). Some have called it structural violence (where the system itself restricts people from getting what they need). Anyway, getting way too deep too fast here. Over and out!

your right and i believe that a lot of these problems coul and should be solved. but when you come from a western country like america, or western europe, I think we talk easy but dont extually are willing to sacrivise, even you and me. When you think about it simple and lets say we start with teh premis that we think every person in every country should have equal opertunety, food, medical, housing and luxory resorfces.
then you if you have a TV and a nice PC and a gameing system and a car, would have to give all of these things up. Becasue no matter how efficient you make all teh sytems ( and im not saying it would not help) But someone still needs to get the iron from the ground, bring it to he factory build the part. making these thing scost so much manual labor,(even when done with robots and production lines) that we just dont have the posibilety to make these thing for everyone. The only reason you get to hav those things in amerka, and i get to have those things in the netherlands, is becasue ther are a lot o people who dont have all these things.
And i am not saying that is right, but i am saying that evn the kindest people, are not willing to make huge sacrivises, only little once. i give mony to charety every month but that only goes so far. And i know that if we would all start eating meet only 1 or 2 times a week that there would be vegetables to keep everyone in the world on a healthy diet, becasue now were just giving those veggy to cows. but I eet meat almost every day, and tell my self i eat a lot smaller peace than other poeple around me.
And even though I knw that if all poeple would give up there luxery, and live of the things that can be produced witin my commenety, it would stop povery and child labor in other countrys, becasue they will stp preducing all of these things if no one is buying them anymore. But i dont want to give up my game pc.
what im tryoing to say its that its really easy to talk about solutions that dont start with yourself, and you cant really blame other people for doing the same thing and laying the blame with teh next person to. but in reality we all hve a hand in the problem including you.

This is a big subject, better taken to private chat, but I noticed you are now a senior member on here :).

Just to touch on a few things you wrote here. Then i will shut up for good about this topic, other than private chat.

My definition of needs is defined as resources that life requires in order to sustain itself. For example, our physical well-being depends on our needs for air, water, rest, shelter and food being fulfilled. Our psychological and spiritual well-being is enhanced when our needs for understanding, support, honesty, and meaning are fulfilled. Per this definition, the scope is universal with no reference to a person, group or action. For example, money and government (AS WE KNOW IT) would not be a need, but rather a strategy for meeting a need. Food would fall under need.

The approach to meet these needs could be removed from the opinion of individual or group and placed on the laws of nature itself, based on the latest scientific, technological and resource information available. If it's determined that there are not enough resources for everyone to have a mansion, then everyone will not have one, because the empirical data suggests that it's not possible. Anyone wanting to consume more resources than our measurements shows available would be considered mentally ill. In fact, the reason why people want these things in the first place, is because of the way they were raised, to be competitive, ego based, etc, because it makes us look stronger and better, more capable of surviving in a flawed survival of the fittest paradigm. This paradigm is human created, only real in the sense that we accept it. It can be changed. Most of us have heard the phrase, "survival of the fittest". Most of us fail to recognize that phrase as a variable; we can specify how it applies to animals and humans differently. The "survival of the fittest" for animals  is survival in space, which means fighting and other brutal forms of struggle; on the other hand, "survival of the fittest" for human beings as such is survival in time, which means intellectual or spiritual competition, struggle for excellence, for making the best survive. The-fittest-in-time (those who make the best survive) are those who do the most in producing values for all mankind including posterity. This is the scientific base for natural ethics."

I give to charity myself, but that's not getting at the root of the issue, which is educating people that we can do things differently, more efficiently, to meet everyone's needs, perhaps a new economic model, based not on the movement of money and the dynamics associated; rather on truly objective scientific resource management and allocation. Strategically seeking to enable an equitable distribution of all goods and services to meet the needs of the entire global human population, while ensuring maximum environmental sustainability, over generational time.

In conclusion, what I want to see is LESS SACRIFICE and more application of science and technology to automate and reduce labor, to free up time to put more brain power into even more automation and a reduction of labor, finally arriving at a point in time where humans spend most of their time doing things they enjoy, rather than working pointless jobs that robots could do for us. If that means some kind of initial sacrifice, then sure, because it's a means to a better end, but not just scarfice for the sake of sacrifice itself.

Something to think about within the context of what I just said above. How many crimes are these days either directly or indirectly related to a lack of properly allocated resources?

Hey don't be scared. We got RFE too. The only thing bad about RFEs is that they cause a 2weeks to 1 month delay in getting our much awaited NOA2. Instead of approving it they just ask for additional evidence. Ours is a missed box in the i129-f form. Once you send it back you are 99% approved. My sister always tells me, it's not like they're going to prevent their citizens from exercising their rights.

Did you sent the RFE back already? How does that work? We had a lawyer and from the beginning I had a bad feeling about her and we paid so much so that this won't happen. And I just wonder what it might be.
