Guys, for the medical examination there is a list of required vaccinations. I don't have any record for the ones that I have got. And should I get the ones I haven't taken?

TECHNICALLY, the vaccinations are not required for the K1.  BUT... you'll often almost be forced to take them.  The vaccinations are for the Green Card, but since a K1 applicant is going to apply for a Green Card shortly after arrival to the USA, they make you take vaccinations during the K1 medical.  If you don't get them during the K1 medical, then you'll have to take another medical exam when you apply for your green card and take all the vaccinations then.

Anyways, to answer your questions.  If you don't have any records proving you've taken the vaccinations, you'll end up taking them all again.

I don't know where you're from but I went to my doctor and emailed my health insurance and they were able to give me my 'vaccination book' with all the shots I got since I was born ..

Besides what people have already told you, I also read (sorry I don't remember where and hope not only for my country) that they can know what vaccines you already have and therefore which ones you require through the blood test.

Hello, from what I know it depends from what country. In the Philippines vaccination is already included in the medical examination fee.  Either you have been vaccinated prior to medical exam or still needs it, you will still pay the same amount :). So it seems it is required to some countries. Others thought vaccination fee is not inclusive, so they tend to get the vaccine outside prior to medical exam...for Phils, don't waste your money. Vaccines are already included in the fee. and you will get your shots on the 2nd day of examination.

Finally broke and called uscis.

Basically just told me that the office is currently working on Novemeber cases and that they can't do anything for me until cases after mine have started to be processed...which they clearly have.

I don't think there are that many February cases getting approved. Just like at the beginning we were seeing some approval in January and there are indeed still a few December filers waiting. I am NOA1 January 13th, received on the 10th and still waiting...

Obviously the November answer is bullshit, just like in January the August one was...but as stated it is their standard response. The person at USCIS has no idea what is actually going on in the Cali office.

It was really frustrating. The woman on the phone just kept repeating that I was within normal processing even after telling her that petitions after mine have been approved.

The most frustrating thing is that they are doing like 1 November case a day...

Next month they will likely update the processing timeline to December, but still its frustrating how out of order the cases are processed.
