my dreams came true! My fiancé got here yesterday to visit and this morning we got APPROVED. Received Jan 17th. After 99 days!

We're in the same boat. We are stuck in the middle with cases above and below ours approved.

Can't get discouraged, just look at it this way, we are all in a much better situation then we were a month ago. At least now USCIS is averaging 150 cases for Jan Filers being worked each day. With the remaining cases that are untouched we should all have a response over the next 2 weeks.

Hang tough. This is the longest part of the process to finally be with our loved ones. 

We will always remember these times in years to come.

Thank you everyone for the great out pour of support.  I've been talking to my fiance for the past hour and she is so happy too, she started tearing up .  If you remember a few days ago I posted how she recently had a little break down thru all this waiting, as we watched our petition pass up the average time it takes to process.  She started really getting down and worrying something was wrong.  Today was a great day for her and us.  And to make it better, I'm traveling Friday to go see her for a couple days.  So we will celebrate!

 

This wait has been not only a test of patience, but a test of devotion.  The process at the USCIS surely is unpredictable, but everyone eventually gets their day.  Keep your heads held high and your day will also come soon! 

 

EDIT:  As reference, it took 109 days from USCIS receive date to the NOA2.

 

EDIT2:  My app on my phone still hasn't notified me, I found out my checking the website myself.

Congrats again and thanks for sharing your insight that you found out only by checking the website.

 

I've almost worn a hole on the face of my phone checking the USCIS website so often. I keep getting these notifications from USCIS and my heart skips a beat each time my phone dings.

Waiting earestly for good news with my partner in Japan. We have a recieved date of 1/25 and a NOA1 date of 1/30. 

Hopefully not too much longer! It is very encouraging to see so many people getting aproved recently. Best wishes for everyone else who is still waiting! Our time will come soon.

Congrats to everyone that got approved. I am January 19 NOA1 Received date. When do you guys think I can get that approval? My tracker says today but still nothing, I'm on Day 97 ..... The WAIT is a struggle.

We just got our RFE in the mail (took only 4 days), and to our astonishment it was because we had not answered some of the very last questions on the form (is your fiance related to you, have you met in the past 2 years). 

I swear we checked the forms 10 times, but somehow this happened to us!

 

It would be an easy fix, but we will end the process here.
