[K-1 Visa] Contact HCMC inquiry package 3

Hello everyone,

 

I have read multiple threads here saying we should contact HCMC to confirm if they have mailed out package 3 - by phone or email. 

Unfortunately, I can't find a link to contact via email inquiry. 

 

The old link provided by visajourney no longer works:  http://hochiminh.usconsulate.gov/contact/ivinquiries.html  --> website not found

 

How did you contact them? by phone? 

I just want to have them confirmed that they already sent out package 3.
