2007-02-22 -- I129F filed with Chicago USCIS office.

2007-03-02 -- NOA1 for 129F from MSC.

2007-03-27 -- Touched -- I129F transfered to CSC.

2007-03-28 -- I129F Touched !!

2007-05-17 -- I 130 and I 129F touched!!!! God please get me a approval without a RFE. You can do it please!!!

woohoooo...... my I-130 touched too after 2 months. i hope its all good(please God)

could the touches have something to do with me talking with someone at CSC on the phone? i mean maybe it doesn't signal an approval but rather someone just moving my files.......... ahhh God i use to be a sane person before immigration happened to me..... :help:

Yup!!

First I saw the I-129 Touch, then an approval. Then a couple of hours later, the date on I-130 changed as well, and I got two APPROVAL EMAILS!!

I don't remember feeling SO GRATEFUL for anything lately, - and it is something most couples just take for granted!!!!!!!

Neel, I believe you do get touches if you make a phone inquiry. I hadn't had touches in a long time, called them, and immediately got touched, then no touches since then. Hang in there though! The approvals will be coming soon!
