I called NVC yesterday and I was told to wait until 2 weeks.

Dang, the waiting game is getting exciting... and torturing.

Not yet. Talked to my local Congressional aide. He doubted that the approval I was told about was accurate. NVC said that I get an NOA2 before they move it on, and to not call until 2 weeks after I had one.

my guess, you will be approved today or early next week. our timeline is not that far.

plz god show mercy and get my petition approval. :crying: :crying:

I received an email for I-129F approval today as follows.

03/08/2007-NOA1 sent from CSC

03/10/2007-NOA1 received

03/12/2007-Found typo in NOA1. Also found that Received Date and Notice Date are blank. Called USCIS. Because information on the system was correct, did not asked to resend NOA.

Consolemaster... did you follow the RFE section and talk to a real person? The automated system won't tell you anyting. It still says my application is pending, even though it has already been recieved by the NVC

I've called too. Spoke to a real person -- still pending. Then they give me the "October 2006" is the current date spiel. I would be terribly heart-broken right now if I hadn't made plans to go visit my wife in August.
