I got a touch today on both I-130 and I-129F. Hope my approval comes soon.

I130/I129F Timeline

2007-02-07 -- I130 Sent to Nabraska Service Center

2007-02-15 -- NOA1 for I130 from California Service Center.

2007-02-22 -- I129F filed with Chicago USCIS office.

2007-03-02 -- NOA1 for 129F from MSC.

2007-03-27 -- Touched -- I129F transfered to CSC.

2007-03-28 -- I129F Touched !!

2007-05-17 -- I 130 and I 129F touched!!!! God please get me a approval without a RFE. You can do it please!!!

2007-05-18 -- I-130 and I-129F approved!!!! Dear God, thank you very much. You are the greatest!!

2007-05-22 -- I-130 and I-129F approval notice recieved in mail

2007-05-29 -- Case received at NVC and case number assigned.

2007-05-31 -- Case left NVC to chennai consulate

2007-06-14 -- packet 4 mailed by the consulate

2007-06-19 -- Packet 4 recieved

2007-06-25 -- Submitted documents at VFS office, Hyderabad

2007-07-09 -- Medical

2007-07-12 -- Interview at 9am approved!!!

yup the very next day (actually i checked the site at like 11:30p.m. or so and then checked at 7 this morning to find it approved

so i wonder if the site hadn t updated to reflect the approval (must have some sort of database query run overnight)

Unfortunately its not as s imple as that fpr everyone - I had a double touch on the 11th and consolemaster had a double touch a week or 2 before that... certainly we all wish you the best of luck, though!

Both touched is a very good sign. I think you will be approved within the following week if not by tomorrow. For us it looked like they saved the approvals for a bulk release of emails so we got both touched, then a week and a half of nothing, then approved along with many others that got both touched the previous week. I think you are on the next batch for sure. :thumbs:

Congratulations rajc! And good luck adhi, I'm sure you are next. I am happy they have started March filers. I filed end of march, hopefully I am in the same batch. Too optimistic :blink: I'm hoping my case does not get delayed. I just moved and informed USCIS of the address change.. just hope they have updated it in their system.
