Hi all

me an my wife have been married for almost 2 years now, we filed i130 and our case is finally at the us embassy in Cairo since November 2016. They scheduled our case for interview on December 13, 2016. We had all our papers ready but unfortunately our co sponsor got extremely sick and she stopped working for a few month, she's not going back to work anytime soon so we had no options but to email the embassy after we were unable to attend and they replied that we can schedule our interview online now on ustraveldoc.com

The issue is we are unable to find any other co sponsor so we're stuck in the middle of nowhere as my wife is suffering from bipolar disorder and she used to receive SSI for years but her and i are having no options at all, she wants to starts working but we have no idea for how long she has to be working before the embassy can accept her to be my sponsor.  She had no income for the past years so she didn't file for taxes and has no IRS transcripts of course, i've heard of people filing the i864 with recent pay stubs and letter of employment so does it work really ? Or Do we have to wait for a full year untill she files for taxes ?

I would appreciate your kind help if you can answer this
