I knew about FP when I received the letter, no e mail or text. Is this happening to anyone else?

I use my number NBC*007363*** but it never works. Numbers before and after mine work just fine, but my number gives me the wrong number info.

It is not usual thing, but the good news is that you are recieving letters, because letters contain detail information with dates and times of appointments,which is not provided in online status....if there was something wrong with your case you shouldn't be receiving letters either so i think you are fine and it is possibly a glitch in system where they didnt enter your info correctly the very first time and it may continue to be like this....

if you are worried contact uscis customer service no...they may be able to fix it , i am not sure though if they will

I think I am going to call their customer service to see if they can help me with this. As you said, at least I am getting letters by mail with the important information. I know they are working on my case. Thanks Good luck to all of us.

hi every body, i was just wondering and just curious to know is the immigration officer who start examining our cases, like cash the checks and send the NOA1 and send FP appt letter is the same one who complete examining our cases or every stage in this process is different?

Hello friends! Thank you for being such an amazing and supportive community. Here we go again with the application and waiting process. Last time is the charm! I logged online today to see the timelines and got worried that I hadn't received the NOA after my check was cashed. Seems like the norm is one week after receiving the packet. Checked hubby's mail pile and there was my NOA not sure exactly when it arrived but glad it's here.

Can I get added to the time? Our processing office is Los Angeles

GC date: 03/2013 Sent: 01/23/17 (I know late) Cashed: 02/02/17 NOA: dated 02/04/17

I received Text message : " your case NBCxxxxxxxx is now updated. Check " My Case Status at www.uscis.gov"

So now my status says:... In-Line for intreview... That's all..

So I checked my status online a couple days after I received my NOA. It says I was scheduled for fingerprints on 2/7/2017 but I have yet to actually receive the letter. How long should I wait until I call them?
