Wait for interview invitation letter.

For DC, the wait time is anywhere between 2 and 3 months; interview is typically 4-6 weeks after invitation letter is received.

Are you sure that in Washington DC USCIS Office is normally schedule an interview after 2-3 months waiting?

I live in Annandale, VA so my case gonna be processed in DC office. I'm not sure when the invitation letter coming.

Not at all sure!

See statistics at:  https://www.uscis.gov/tools/reports-studies/immigration-forms-data/data-set-form-n-400-application-naturalization

Hard to predict. Each quarter, DC receives ~5,000 new applications; maybe 10 people max (from each quarter) participate in the forums.

Few sites track progress

I made a mistake and sent them a money order for $750 instead of $725. I sent my package 3 weeks ago, haven't received the first notice yet. Are they are going to reject my application for the wrong amount?

I just have a question when I'm filing my n-400. I'm filing my n-400 based on the 5 year continuous residents; with that being said I never travel outside the USA since becoming a LPR. Just wondering is anybody going through this process based on the 5 years continuous resident; if so did you just send the application with no evidence or what type of evidence did you send with your application..??? Please help!
