I am happy for you Chris_trina. We shall all overcome this subtle process by God's Grace

My case has been at the Embassy since July and I did not receive any email to schedule an appointment but I kept on checking the website for available dates and I found one and scheduled it in October 9. So I decided to call the Embassy to see whether they approve of it because I didn't receive any email before scheduling. The man I talked was very friendly. He asked my passport and name and said okay so ur case is reaffirmed and I said yes and he confirmed I had an appointment with them so I should report on the date I had scheduled.😊

Thank you! what did you send as evidence when preparing for the interview. I wondering what type of question may ask.

I sent all evidence to NVC as supporting documents when I sent all other documents to NVC. I gave evidence of letters from my family, Coworker and friend. I also provided proof of my husband being added on to my credit card acct and my phone plan and gave my husband a iPhone in Ghana with a US number that worked in his country. Plus I had mail come to my mail box in America addressed to my husbands name.

I sent in many pics and even pics showing my married name tag that I wear at work.

Also I sent many chat records plus receipts showing I sent my husband money often, plus receipts showing I paid for my mother in laws house and her medical bills.

During my husbands interview the consular never even asked to see anything my husband had in the nice binder I gave him as they had seen all the evidence that I had sent to NVC that NVC sent to Ghana Embassy after my case was complete with them.

During my husbands interview they ask him how we meet

When he seen me last- He said just moments ago as she is here in Ghana which I was

If he knew I was married before- Yes he knew

Have my kids talked to him- yes on video

And we always held faith and believed...

Hold that faith...

Keep me posted... God bless you both

Yes you will have to do medical and even with police report again with all supporting documents .

But it's only the  visa fees you will not pay since your case is reaffirmed .

At NVC it depends the load over there , but normally it takes four weeks to forwards your case to the consulate/ embassy for preparing your second interview.

Let pray the best of luck for all of us .

May God Almighty help us all to be able finished this journey in His name AMEN.

You shouldn't have to pay the Visa fee again, but he will definitely need to get another medical done, another Police Report as well. Because both of the first ones will have expired.
