I just received official letter from nvc stating my case was reaffirmed and that they sent my case to embassy which i already found this out when i called them

Okay good now check the status again, if it's still saying expiring soon then ur case has not yet been updated at Embassy. In order words they are yet to received the reaffirmed petition

Moses Bee pls when was your case reaffirmed because from what it seems ur file might still be NVC. But either way since they have reopened the application, u need to update ur application with new information if anything has changed during the last interview for instance if u were issued a renewed passport, update the new passport number in the application...etc. when you are done review it for correctness and submit, print the confirmation page and make copies. After u submit it the last update will change to current but for the expiring soon u should not fret over it it will change once the Embassy have your case in their system

Yes bro , I did the update this morning and it said information completed but I did not print any copy of the information , so pls what can I do now , is it too late or what !

It is not too late. U can log in and print the confirmation at any time but for convenience sake, I suggest you print the confirmation page as soon as u can.

But u cannot make any further changes to the application for now without the help of the NVC or the Consulate.

 

U can now check ur status to see whether ur last updated has changed

Yes if they have reopened it u should update ur ds260 and print out the confirmation page for ur records

Don't worry about the expiring soon once the embassy update ur case in their system it'll change to AP
