It was reaffirmed on June 1 2018 and sent  to the NVC on June 8 2018. NVC sent it to the Embassy on July 10 2018 and Embassy received it on July 18 2018. I am still waiting to hear from them for an appointment.

Pls how did you know that the embassy had received your case from the NVC on  the date you are referring ?

I received an official letter on the 10th of July 2018 from NVC saying "USCIS reaffirmed this petition. NVC previously completed processing this case file to the consulate below..."

So 8days later the case was status was updated from expiring soon to AP. That was when I knew the Embassy has received it.

Have you check your case status. If not check and tell me the last update.

I am actually yet to hear from the Embassy. I have registered the online account so I am waiting for notification from them to schedule an appointment. I recently checked the site for available appointments but it reads there are currently no appointments available. And also with your case since it was reaffirmed on 15th August 2018 I believe you will hearing from NVC pretty soon because it took from 3 to 4 weeks for NVC to have our case.

My case was sent to embassy ill email them and see if they recieved it yet I called NVC and they said that it is not at their office anymore they received it on August 30th and forwarded it to the Embassy

@Joetan nvc should be able to tell u if the embassy has received ur case.  Because when we were in the reaffirm process anytime I call they'll give me the date they sent to the embassy and the date the embassy receive it, that's when I emailed the embassy and they reply me that they had our case and they are waiting for a date.

The last update was in January 2016 , showing expiring soon and since then it never change.

https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

sign in here with ur case number and invoice ID and check whether your DS 260 is reopened. If it is reopened then you may update it with current info.

Pls call the USCIS for your case again , if there is something about your case again they will tell you , but pls let only the petitional call them and asked about the status of your case .

It happened to us before after reaffirmed our case, USCIS sent to NVC and NVC sent it back for further review , so it took another four and half months before sending it back to the NVC from the USCIS.

Thanks I have called once a week every week since June. They say their doing more back groun

Pls how does the invoice ID look like ?

It is a special 8 digit number NVC assigns to every applicant. It is complimented by the beneficiary ID which is also a 8 digit number. But for the sign in, u will need the case number and the invoice ID. U can find the invoice ID on the NVC appointment docs u received prior to ur first interview. I dont really know the specific document but I remember I found mine on one of those papers.
