Call Accra or email ask for the packet number and have your congressman trace where it is at. But ours took 5 months to get to NVC then goes to my service center then back to Uscis . The packet may just be getting to NVC so keep bugging them . Is uours cr1? If it is a k1 it will expire so you can refile but cr1 you got to wIt it out you got about 18 months , we haven't heard and I thought we would by now been back to us is a yeR and few days now congressmN checking again. lutz and other reaffirmed cases VJ members, any latest on the cases at the Embassy? I don't know what to do again to locate my case. NVC still confirming to me that my case was shipped to Accra since December 2016, Consulate in Ghana are saying they don't have it. So WHERE IS THE CASE IN THE WORLD? I can't laugh

Ok I will try and see. For all the members who are reaffirmed and waiting for 2nd interview, I would like to share with my latest story: I received an email today from the Embassy as a reply to my numerous emails inquiring about a visa case: They said they don't have any record that shows that our case was reaffirmed and sent to them by NVC. So what should we do now even to locate our case file?

lutz and other VJ members with reaffirmed CR1 visa cases, what is going on? No one has received any favorable info fro NVC or the Embassy in accra?

Good news.  I received my letter to go to the embassy and pick up a package for an interview.  The letter was dated 2/17/17, but I just got it today. It was mailed on March 20th. Check your case statuses on https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx 

 

The last update on the website was the  day this letter was generated. 

 

Please, send us good vibes. This has been a 3+  year long journey. We hope for the best.

REM4ALWAYS It's really good to read this from you, Please is your case reaffirmed or a new case? Did your status on ceac website updated before to (EXPIRING SOON)? what is the HEADING of that interview letter?

I have a reaffirmed case. For awhile,  it did say expiring soon, then after it was reaffirmed it changed to admin processing.
