That's what I'm talking about, it have been reaffirmed but was brought back for further more review from the NVC without your knowledge.

 

Now your case files are currently assigned to a supervisor on a Form I-130 team to make further background check again. Don't forget to put much  pressure on it especially email them in addition which will put your email in a record.

My case was recieved April 2017 I didnt receive my noir till July 7th 2018 it took 1 year 3 months to hear from Uscis after i sent in rebuttal it took about 3 wéeks to get reaffirmed.  I don't know how long u been waiting but hope this give u idea of time frames. Sorry you are suffering im with you in your pain its horrible I know.

Good morning I guess you bit longer than me, interview Jan 11 2017 returned to uscis Jun 9. Response was April 2 and submitted rebuttal April 30 2018 still waiting for a response.

Yes my interview was October 2016 they waited 6 months before they sent the case back and it was received back in the US on April 10th 2017 then like I said they sent me the notice of intent to revoke July 2018 they did respond back quicker to my rebuttal however I waited longer so it seems like you got yours quicker will waiting longer for your response

So once we update the ds-260 do we keep that and take it to the interview with us so it doesn't matter when you print it out it doesn't have to be a certain date on it

The day you update it your case status will be updated with that date for example when I submitted my Ds 260 on 7th August 2018, the case last update became current with 7th August 2018 up till now. You must print the confirmation page and send to the next interview

Okay thank you have you been able to schedule an interview yet have you heard anything I know your case is at the embassy I'm still waiting for mine to get to the NVC so that they can send it to the Embassy we so close but it seem like it's dragging to me especially since there's no guarantee what the counselor will do but I just have faith in Victory

I am actually yet to hear from the Embassy. I have registered the online account so I am waiting for notification from them to schedule an appointment. I recently checked the site for available appointments but it reads there are currently no appointments available. And also with your case since it was reaffirmed on 15th August 2018 I believe you will hearing from NVC pretty soon because it took from 3 to 4 weeks for NVC to have our case.

Have you had any problems signing into National visa center or the other state site that we use 4 DS 260 or to check the status of our application i cant log in site giving error messages any one know of this

Yh I also experienced that yesterday when I was trying log in but I refreshed the browser and I checked later and I was able to log in so u just wait for a while and try later u can log in. It is not anything to worry about.

Hello VJ members, I checked cgi today and there were available dates so I scheduled an appointment with the Embassy in October. The file has been in Ghana for a while. I scheduled without them first contacting me so what do you all think.😊

I also went on the site after receiving your update and they have lots of dates i was thinking to set mine for November. Nvc just sent mine at end of August so you are way ahead of me.  We need to get feed back from others that have been reaffirmed recently so we can compare how long it took embassy to contact them.

The file has been at the Embassy since July. The last time I contacted them they automatic response gave me a username and a password to set up a us travel doc account which I did
