please those whose service center is in California and hard been reaffirmed how long did it take before the uscis sent NOIR

Our is in Nebraska. It took 13 months from the time USCIS got our case back that we received our NOIR. Then once they received our updated documentation, it took 60 days for them to reaffirm us. It's now on it's way to the NVC then onto the Ghana Embassy

Mines California we waited almost 2 years after I contacted the ombudsman then I got the reply and answered it now it’s past 6 months waiting for the deny or reaffirm . Still no movement although it’s activly on a counselors ‘desk’
