Our is in Nebraska. It took 13 months from the time USCIS got our case back that we received our NOIR. Then once they received our updated documentation, it took 60 days for them to reaffirm us. It's now on it's way to the NVC then onto the Ghana Embassy

oh OK mine is California i just dont now why this California service center delays like that well which you all the best

Mines California we waited almost 2 years after I contacted the ombudsman then I got the reply and answered it now it’s past 6 months waiting for the deny or reaffirm . Still no movement although it’s activly on a counselors ‘desk’

any news on the reaffirm cases its like the page is so quite or does it mean everyone has gotten his or her visa thats why
