I had planned on flying over to fly back with him, but I think being there for the interview is a good idea. I haven't got the NOIR letter yet, and when I talked to an agent she said it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and send more documentation, so I did, I sent copies of my last boarding pass, and my updated passport, visa,  drivers license, SS card to prove my last name change. Along with more, updated photos, and over 40 letters from family and friends from both sides showing their support.

Great I hope u still have copies of everything u sent them.

LadeanB, I’ve been following this forum for a few months now and I pray all works out for you and your husband as I believe it will. I keep myself reading all your post and many others here who have spouses in Ghana, as I to am going through the process now and am at the NVC stage, so soon enough my husband will go for his first interview.

Im seeing that I must have strong evidence and lots of documents to provide  as it seems Ghana is a tough Embassy.

You are one tough lady and i admire that as we must always fight for what we want and never give up and you’ve done that and so many others have to from what I’ve seen.

I keep you in prayer and God will grant your struggles to be over soon.. Keep pushing.

I pray when it’s my turn you and others will be here for me as I’m sure I will need guidance...

Yes..and I'm trying not to be upset.

Don't be sweetie, based on the info you note, you have all the proof you need to prove that your marriage is real and true. This is what they have to do. Just that simple. The positive side. They sent it very quickly after you got the first notice that your case was assigned which means it's got movement going. Focus on that. When you get the notice. Send everything back as quickly as you possibly can, but again focus only on the positive, not the negative. You got this, i'm sure of it.

it may take longer than 60 days so don't give up hope, we are at 110 days after submitting more evidence and im not giving up. just keep following up. I call and ask for a tier 2 officer if i need information otherwise the officer is going to read you whats on the internet wasting your time and theirs. I just politely ask them to talk to the tier 2 officer because i need information they cannot give to me.

We got our NOIR and we are working on gathering more evidence to send them. I pray and ask for your prayers that he will be reaffirmed for another interview.

God willing if possible get a lawyer involved,  I did everything on my own from beginning, but with the noir I hired a lawyer who assist me with the affidavit we wrote to explain what was in the noir.

It sat at USCIS for 11 months before they sent the NOIR. And I called all the time asking them to please address our case. They don't consider returned cases a priority and they just sit.
