They look at all the documents  but I don''t know about  the dates

Good that's what I want to hear, I'm glad they do because all our evidence in in the documents we submitted for our rebuttal and the one's hubby taking for his interview, so we are good. I asked because in 2015 the lady didn't look at anything but thank God my husband was able to answer all the questions, only that last question he didn't because it's about my client and he said we don't talk about my clients which is true concerning patient confidentiality. And yet this lady lied terribly in our noir. Thank God we submitted both old and new evidence to overcome her lies,  and that is affecting me right now whenever I think of our up coming interview. So I'm glad the ppl there now are paying attention to our documents. Thanks for having the time for me, but I know it will help others as well. God bless u.

Yes it was a reaffirmed case. It went very well but what I realized was that they pay  special attention to reaffirmed cases and they don't waste time.

The Consular was like, sir I will take u thru the documents u have submitted. Then he pulled out my birth cert and asked.

Ques:

1.whats the name of ur father and mother.

2. Have u been married before  this marriage?

3. Do u have kids

4. How many people lives with ur wife.

After the ques. he returned all the supporting documents to me ( whatsapp chats, emails, call logs, birth cert etc) and kept the affidavit of support, police report, medical report and taxes.

Then he gave me a blue  sheet of paper and said contact the address on the paper to collect ur passport in 2 weeks. U have been approved congratulations .

Congrats oooooo!!!!

Congrats to all those that have gotten approved. Our status is still saying as of Feb 1, 2017 we received your case from the Ghana Embassy and it's being reviewed and will be contacted by mail when we are finished. Still no word. We started the visa process Sept 14th 2015 and he was denied on a 121g in Aug 2016 and no word since then. I've called and called but get nothing. We will never give up but some days it's so hard to remain strong.

Yes, I (we all) understand your plight.  We had to wait 18 months before we received our NOIR.  Contact Ombudsman to assist you along w/your senator's office (not that they are much help).  Good luck and stay strong.

It takes a strong person and relationship to overcome all this delay. I hope I can keep the strength as you have. My husband to is in Ghana and I'm still waiting for an approval. My PD date is Nov 1016.

I pray all works out for u.

Keep faith and keep strong.

Yes, you are in that dreaded waiting period where you have no clue what's going on or what you can do about it. We've all either been there or still going thru it as you are. We were put in Administrative processing status in July 2015, like yours  it took the Ghana Embassy 8 months 2/2016 to return our case to the states, and then it wasn't until April 2017 before we heard anything back, which was a reaffirmed case, no NOIR.  It looks like you are in the beginning months of your waiting period. And will probably have a good amount of time from now before you will hear back from them. It's really sucky but at least you know, based on what all others here have gone thru. Looking like that waiting period is anywhere from 1 to 2 years (fluctuates depending on your case) from the time they received your case back.  Just stay strong, use this time to strengthen your case. Visit him as much as you are able. Stay strong, stay close. You should be ok. Good Luck to you. Keep us all posted.

Thank you so much!!  Please stay encouraged, everything will work out for you.  We were denied December 2015 and approved through the reaffirmed process.  Unfortunately, it takes time, it is hard, but you will make it through. I am sending you positive vibes to keep your head up!!
