I believe the embassy refuses all cases to begin with - the I-130 cases anyway.   It takes about a year from the time filing to your first interview.  The process is very tedious with long waits.  Next month will be 4 years that we've been married and awaiting his "homecoming" here.  All I can advise you is to have patiences.   Good luck.   You can call for updates to USCIS and once NVC has your case also.

Wow, unbelievable... This is horrible

Thank you. Greatly appreciated... I wish everyone good luck in this journey and it looks as if I have a lot ahead of me to go through... Wow all this is so unnecessary to withhold our spouses from us. More bad marriages exist in the United States then in Ghana.. Just so unbelievable..

Now that I look at the info you sent me, I had already scheduled a appt on line with immigration at my local branch and when I arrived at the appt all I was told is I was in processing time line which as of yesterday when update kicked in, I'm now out of the processing time line and have placed an inquiry as of yesterday. It's all a waiting game I see so full of the unknown....

This is very confusing. I read somewhere and it said they send it to the petitioner in the US

U can't predict these embassy ppl,  some applicants gets phone calls to come for their package, some gets emails and some get mail.  I received ours in the mail and scanned it and email it to my husband and he print it out and take it to the embassy. So keep ur eyes on both ur emails and ur mailbox, also the the applicant to keep his/her phone on always. Hope this help ur questions.

We were emailed.     We never received anything in the mail.

That's why I said u can't predict them, because they contact ppl different ways, we just have to keep our eyes on all the contact information we gave them.
