My husband received his interview packet yesterday, July 26th, requesting updated medical and police records, birth certificate, marriage license, etc.; basically the same information. His interview date is October 3rd, 2017. The only new item I noticed was that we have to pay an Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee of $325 the day of the interview.  This fee is for Immediate relatives and family preference applications based on an approved i-130.   We are married over two years This is in addition to the Immigrant Fee of $220 that pays for the sealed packet and 'green card'.

@Boohene102314 Thanks for the info, I guess we might pay that as well, because ours was two years six months now. God pls see us through this suffering, ur word said u will never leave us nor forsake us. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

You are not suppose to pay the 325$ again your husband is good to go there without any worries ....

Ohh congratulations.  I'm hoping we hear something soon on ours.   Question.  Do you get to pick the interview date or do they just give u one?   July to October that's far off but hey I'd take it!! 😊  I knew about the fees but thank u for the info.

@chris_trina For our reaffirmation I sent in a 6 page rebuttal against the Consular officer's comments, paperwork with both our names (beneficiary information, land documents) , affidavits from friends and family, photos, copies of passport stamps, some chat logs. I would not suggest refiling either because it would appear you have two applications in the system. You should wait until they totally close out the current case.  They are very slow at responding.  It took almost a year before we received the NOIR from USCIS.  I pray everything works out for you.

On your revocation they sent you what the consular said. I know my first petition was not enough evidence of bonefide marriage but I addressed the issues. I guess I didn't sent enough evidence. I sent in all evidence in a one inch binder. But I guess they want all chat records.

For the NOIR I sent our conversations but with the reaffirmed proof, I just printed out the number of messages sent between us monthly.  Not like they go thru and read the messages -
