Hi dmh59 it's been a long time, glad to hear from u. Yes I did call nvc twice yesterday, and both guys confirm that our case has been sent to Accra on the 20th of this month which is last week. Our case was reaffirm on May 12th and NVC received it on June 6th.  Thanks for the information, did u received any letter from nvc?. I think it's better to take whatever evidence u have concerning your marriage, because we are taking both the old documents from 2015 ➕ the new evidence we had,  also I have been to Ghana 2015&2016 and came back Jan this year, so we took a copy of all my tickets intinary and also our travel documents to Dubai twice in 2015&2017, in the response of our noir,  but we're still taking the originals to the interview God willing. Hope we get a date soon. Best of luck.

So I go to the site mentioned above and update things.  Is there a fee for this and does it say update?  I'm. Not seeing this. Help

My case was reaffirmed. My husband was denied in June 2015. It took forever for the case to be sent back to USCIS.  It was reaffirmed in October and sent to the embassy in November. I'm still waiting to hear what's next.

dmh59 no u don't have to pay 💰 any fee, just login with the case number and the invoice number and it will open up for u and click on the ds260, / visa application and update ur ds260 if u have any changes. And don't forget to print out the confirmation page or there's an option to send it to ur email.

Our case was received by the embassy on June 29th, still waiting for the interview date.

Ok it hasn't been that long - only couple weeks plus there was a holiday in there. Why can't we find an answer how long it takes to schedule appt ?

I saw in here on one ☝🏾 of the post that it takes about 4 months.

Yes ours took almost 4 months to hear from the Embassy. From December 29, 2016 to April 2017. Crazy

First time through yours took about four month to get appointment then appointment was two month later. Praying to hear from ombudsman soon !!
