Gm. Has anyone here had used album sheets for pictures, if yes ,did u place them back in an album or u just fold. Thanks . I know I'm a headache, pls forgive me, trying to put things together before our interview.

Yes we had the album but I printed out some pictures from our anniversary party, and wanted to add it, so I bought album sheets from Walmart and arrange all the pictures and I was thinking we should add them to the pictures already in the album or we should just leave it and take the album sheets plus the album.

I talked to a lawyer he says we need to fix a new packet of new proof of our relationship and get it ready to send to uscis now so my congressman said he would help us do that so I am getting the packet arranged , just waiting see what ombudsman says but meanwhile I get this stuff ready

That's good, the lawyer was right,  that's what we did to the response of the noir.  I went home for his interview in 2015, we travel to Dubai for our honeymoon, I went home again last year December and we celebrated our second anniversary and went to Dubai again for the anniversary celebration continuation after the party in Ghana, and came back to the states January this year. So we added all the new evidence plus the old ones in the response to our noir, and our lawyer made an affidavit to dispute the co statement she sent with our document back to uscis.  Hmmmmm that lady can lie, thank God we had the evidence to overcome her so called findings, she's the only one who knows where and how she got those information  from.

The lady , young black woman , never listen to Awal just said fraud and wrote the 221g sent case back. I have no idea what she wrote we never got a noir as yet after this22 months almost, can I get it ready and send to uscis before we get one?

Our interview last time was in 2015. It was a white lady. Who put a lot of ppl in a mess. I'm just praying that we'll overcome this journey soon. Now nvc had our case is under AP.

Yes Awal's interview was August 2015, you know they must have realized there's a problem there if they got new co there now.

No u have to wait, because u don't know what she wrote about her reason. And ur lawyer has to sit down with u asked questions and write affidavit for u.  But u have to know what the co reasons are first, so continue to pressurized ur senators office or the congressman's office either of them, that's what I did.

My husband said is a black guy now and older black lady.

Ours was Sept 2015.and I went with him.

I can't figure why we never got a noir?  Something just isn't right .
