Amen. God willing, he has done it already,  because someone normally when the case sent back with strong evidence they don't ask too many questions. Is that true?

Yes my husband said he was an  AA man and AA woman.  A lot of ppl getting approval. May God see us through. We provide a lot of evidence both the old ones that evil lady didn't look at them and we added new ones and we wrote affidavit and provide them as a response to our noir.

Wow that's too long, ours was exactly 12 months,  but I contact ombudsman and I put a lot of pressure on my senator's office,  I also emailed his secretary pictures of our anniversary celebration and trip we took to Dubai this year for our anniversary, so I think she forward them my email and the pictures and they responsed to her that they will assign an officer to look into our case, then she forward the email response to me,  two weeks later I got a text about our noir and they emailed her too and she forward it to me.  So my advise is try and contact ombudsman and ur state Senator's office. Let me know if you need more information.

Did you just fill out the form for ombudsman assistance online and then submit the papers you have from visits and calls to Uscis?

No I print it out and filled it out add the other documents and faxed it to them and call to make sure they received it.

Hi Nyala62 hope all is well, I called nvc this morning and the gentleman who answered my call confirmed they'd our case and it's in AP. So now my question is, do we need all our WhatsApp,phone records and all those other documents when my husband going to his interview. We've already submitted some strong evidence in response to our noir. Thanks in advance any info would be appreciated.

Yes trustG, we did the same thing when my wife was going to the interview she took all the documents I already submitted to the USCIS for the appeal, but it was all returned to her ,So you better take it to them than be sorry, because this Embassy is scary and unpredictable....
