trustG you mean  that EVIL CO is no more there? you kidding me...Oh My God...The CO with KM initials right?, That is why we don't hear any dnials that much these days. She was very mean to my wife at the interview in 2015. I was there in the Embassy and saw it myself. How did you get this BREAKING NEWS?

Yes she's no more there nyala62.  My husband went there to notarized for me concerning a  loan I took from my 401,and they need his concern and he said it was a young black guy who does the interview now with another black older woman.  I think that notary also help with our reaffirm, because I submitted a copy of that with other evidence. And when u read the consular section on vj too u can see all the ppl were saying the interviewer was a black guy.  Only few ppl get denials, but majority got their visa's approved. So let's hope for the best, I know God has already done it for us. That lady switch off the light on us at the embassy, because I was questioning her about the cosponsor she said we need, because I know we don't need one I even make so much money that I have to pay back every year I told her and she just switch off the light and walk away, I was so embarrassed that day,  hey hey God doesn't like ugly, I pray that God should removed her from there before we go back there and indeed he has done it for us.  Awesome God we serve.

This is great....I think she was removed from there because of her too much of denials and USCIS keep reaffirming her denials.

U are right,  because how can 80% of marriages be fraud ,and she lie too because every concerns she raised on our petition was a lie,  so our lawyer made us sworn an affidavit and explain or her lies.

Jenilyn and Awal , You mean 4 good years since you filed? What went wrong? Ours is 3 years this month and we at the Embassy level now for second interview after reaffirmation in December 2016....We pray that all goes well for every one...So where is your case now? USCIS or NVC?

They said USCIS that it's getting background checks at Uscis for second round , they have never asked for any more evidence so I really do not know where or what's going on with it. I'm taking a info pass next week see if I can get more information but I think time to get an ombudsman help my congressman has not had any luck .

Try your senator's office and ombudsman. That's what I did.

I called my senator's office and they said the only way they can get involved is if we get denied all together. But since the USCIS is still reviewing it, we have to wait.

They're lying, they can still enquire about what's going on, because when I came back from Ghana in January I called them again and they sent an email twice to the uscis, one was in January and another one in March the following week we got our noir.
