One whole year??

Β USCIS got our case in March 2017 , we are hoping to get it by the end of the year.

but dang!...

Yep IcezMan_IcezLady,Β

Hubby visa was refused on November Β 2015, but our initial interview was on September 2015, that wicked lady made my husband went to the embassy three times after I left Ghana in October 2015. Before she told him our marriage is a scam, Β but God is good and he has promise not to leave us nor forsake us.Β

So our case was returned to nvc March 23, 2016. Uscis received it April 12 2016. So after returning back from Ghana in January Β this year, I contact my senators office again Β and ombudsman for assistance .Β

We receive our noir on March 22ndΒ

We response and I got a text message that they have received it on April 06Β

And reaffirmed it on May 12 .Β

It's kind of frustrating. And those consulars can lied. Β But thank God we were able to prove her wrong and overcome her so called evidence she said she found. Keep praying and have faith God will surely see us through.Β

trustG ,Our case and situation is is almost the same as yours. my spouse had an interview on November 30, 2015, a slim white lady denied my wife(I was even there in the Embassy with my wife). She refused us and returned our case back to US, We fought to get the case reaffirmed and sent back to Ghana for another interview which has already been scheduled. So we hope for the best this time. We need your prayers PLEASE to go pass this hurdle

No trustG, NVC will not request anything from you because it is an old case ,already passed through them and processed, so they will send it to Ghana after they finish their administrative review. After the case arrives in Ghana the beneficiary will be contacted to come for the interview package,.....We hope for the better for all.

Hi nyala62 pls did u get any letter from nvc when they received the reaffirm petition pls thanksΒ

trustG, Yes I received a reaffirmation letter from NVC 2-3 weeks after the USCIS reaffirmed the case, So wait NVC will notify you then their review also will start, anyway every case is different, mine took about 4 months at NVC before Embassy contacted my wife....About DNA I have no idea because I was lucky my kids didn't do it, we escaped that, and they 4, but they all got their visas and they are here in the US with me....I hope this information will be useful to you.

No problem, that is why we are all here in this forum, to help and support each other to the end. The interview package includesΒ the scheduled day and time of your interview and all the documents the need you to bring such as new medicals and police report.
