lutz did you send the email to the Embassy as promised?

Yes, I did.  I sent it late Friday.  I just spoke with my husband, and he tells me many businesses, banks, etc. are closed today in Ghana.  So maybe the embassy is too.  But I don't expect them to answer me too quickly.  I re confirmed his phone number to them in the email.

Thank you again Nyala.  Being able to communicate with you and others on this thread make this process bearable.

It is so discouraging!! My husband was denied his I130 visa back in Aug 2016 and it's been sent back to USCIS but we haven't heard anything and we don't even know why he was denied.

Don't worry you will hear something from USCIS. You will receive a NOIR/NOID (Notice of Intention to Revoke or Deny). So they will explain to you the reasons for denial and you have respond within 30 days.

We haven't been to the last step waiting on reaffirm so I do not know , from what I see here in the forum it is some of same things as before. I wish you much luck but mostly Gods blessing as he will lead you , are you going to go there and wait? It may be good if they know you are there with your wife.
