This thread has been most helpful!!!  Thank you guys for sharing your info.  I was trying to get a sense of time from after the denial of the interview all the way up to the 2nd interview.  Is there a timeline graph for that in visajourney.com?

June 14, 2016..........husband interview denial

September 12, 2016......DOS sent case to USCIS for review

January 23, 2017..........received NOIR and request for more proof of relationship

February 27, 2017........USCIS received evidence

now waiting for decision.......

The first i heard from them after the interview was the message they received the case back September 12.  They didn't notify me with a letter.  I went and checked my status in October and it was there that they received it in September.  I found this thread trying to compare the time line after interview denial.

You received NOIR  about 7 months from the interview.

That is impressive.

I received USCIS notification on March 7th this year so hopefully we will get the NOIR before August << Very ambitious..lol I am hopeful.

lutz and all reaffirmed VJ members, what is going on with the cases so far? Any development? It's been to long

My husband is still waiting for his call to come to the embassy to get his packet.  Our case was also reaffirmed in December 2016, and now I see that two VJ members, whose cases were also reaffirmed in December, have gotten calls.  I am praying my husband gets his call soon.  On the CEAC website, it states his case is in AP since March 21, 2017.

Well, that is worrisome.  I will send an email on Monday.  Two people have already been contacted who are in the same situation, but my husband has not.  Yes, the CEAC status changed from expiring soon to in AP on March 21, 2017.

lutz , So two people including me? Yes try to send an email or call them in Ghana if possible, but I'm pretty sure you will hear from them by Monday if the status on CEAC website has changed. We pray for the best for every one in this journey.
