Can i reschedule my interview and have my interview after the expiration of K1 petition

My interview is 26 january, and the k1 petition will expire in 4th of febuary,i wish to reschedule the interview is this possible

If there is any way you can avoid rescheduling the interview, that would be in your best interest, as getting rescheduled appointments could significantly delay your case.  If you have a serious reason for rescheduling, you should ask for an extension.  I've seen where others have called or emailed the NVC or embassy/consulate.  I also found this past post, which contains a form letter you can write to request the extension: 

In our case, we called to schedule our interview a couple of months prior to the expiration date, but the interview we were given was for 10 days after the expiration. However, we'd read that once the embassy has your packet and your interview is scheduled, they will automatically extend the time, so we didn't request and extension (and my fiance's visa was approved at the interview).  

 

However, if you do reschedule your interview, I believe you should formally request an extension to avoid any possible issues.  I'd try to call the NVC, then the embassy/consulate. The NVC can give you the proper email address for embassy/consulate, if you are able to email this extension request.  Your embassy/consulate may also have a customer service number for scheduling interviews/changing appointments, and they may be able to assist you.
