Questions about medical requirements for AOS

My fiance will be going for his medical next month for K-1 visa in India. I was wondering if somebody could point me to the medical requirements for the adjustment of status (AOS) as he wants to have everything done in India (he dislikes medical situations and would rather get it done at once). He does not have any vaccination records as his mom moved constantly and was a single mother, so we know he will need the full regime done. Any information is helpful!
