If It was a join sponser and you dont send proof of US status then you will get check list. other wise the petitioner doesn't need to send a US proof. Because they have it already from the USCIS

Just to add:   Once you are on supervisor review, they say it can take up to another 6 weeks for it to be processed. Though I don't think I've seen anyone here who has really had the full 12

Depends on what you submitted. If you submitted I-864 as a joint sponsor then you need to send proof of status

Its worth a shot.  I called Tuesday to find out mines was in Sup Review called today and it turns out it was CC.  Now waiting for an interview date so still waiting but glad that one part is out of the way. :)

Visa Issued: 21-February-2017     Visa issued same day as interview
DHL tracking information received: 22-February-2017     DHL tracking number appeared 28 hours after interview, scheduled for delivery the next day
Visa in hand: 23-Feb-2017
US POE (Minneapolis): 26-Feb-2017

Our dates are a little in front of yours, but there doesn't seem to be a real order to the review time.  We are pulling our hair out waiting.  My high school friend completed the visa for his finacee and was was to arrive next week.  He died in a car accident this week.  this waiting now is torture!

I really wish the people on the phone were more consistent. Called today and asked a few questions:

 

1. Can you tell when the documents get sent to a review department? - Answer "No we can't really. We know the supervisor was notified on the 10th but that's it"

2. Are cases supposed to be reviewed in order? "Yes, generally"

3. Then why are some cases from December being completed? "I have no idea"

 

He was fairly useless, but other people sometimes get more information. I wonder if some of the phone people just make stuff up lol
