And same for my case! What kills me is that if they won't finish in a week MAX two I'll probably loose March interview date. And that's, by the way, after 9 months with USCIS!   What's even worse my employment based is not possible to check via 3 N/A's, only call and call and call. Sent them e-mail last week asking to be quicker, if they won't answer with updates I'll call about Friday again. Hate spending money on international calls.

Just to add:   Once you are on supervisor review, they say it can take up to another 6 weeks for it to be processed. Though I don't think I've seen anyone here who has really had the full 12

Case sent to the Review Department: 13-January-2017
Case Complete: 24-January-2017     10 weeks and 2 days at NVC before case completed
Case arrived at consulate/CEAC status "Ready": 1-February-2017
Interview: 21-February-2017   We scheduled our own interview because we had an approved medical expedite with the consulate. By sheer luck we got such a quick interview date because someone cancelled their appointment less than 20 minutes prior
Interview Result: Approved!!
Visa Issued: 21-February-2017     Visa issued same day as interview
DHL tracking information received: 22-February-2017     DHL tracking number appeared 28 hours after interview, scheduled for delivery the next day
Visa in hand: 23-Feb-2017
US POE (Minneapolis): 26-Feb-2017

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

@afortunada congratulations!!! I am still waiting for my case to be completed. My scan date is dec.20th,2016 and i called nvc yesterday thathat lady told me give us couple more days atleast until January 31st,2017 to review your case if not call back on February 1st to send your case for supervisor review. She also said but this wouldn't happen we will send you email before January 31st. Hoping for the best..

12 weeks and 2 days here. called countless times, spoke with all sorts of rep, nice, rude, jerks, hate-their-jobs-but-there-for-the-checks types and still no updates. requested sup call back and 2 weeks now nobody called us. any advice?

sorry to hear this. hang in there and keep calling to request to speak with a supervisor. if none is available, keep requesting supervisor call back. All the best!

my 2nd scan date is 2 days after yours (22nd). lets know if you hear anything before the 31st and look out for the 3 N/As too. All the best.
