Just to add:   Once you are on supervisor review, they say it can take up to another 6 weeks for it to be processed. Though I don't think I've seen anyone here who has really had the full 12

Oh wow my scan date was 11/28/2016 (supervisor review same day as you since the person I spoke to on 1/9/17 said I had to wait THROUGH 6 weeks before I could put it on supervisor review, which is clearly false) so hopefully that means I'm close. Tried calling now but I just get the busy message and it hangs up.

I doubt they would send you an email today..usually within 5 business days.

Can I please ask , what's the department review?

And how do I know the date for my department review?

I believe they have Review Department when the supervisor feels that it may need more revising. SO, they send it to department review for peer review.

I just spoke to a representative. It took 26 minutes for them to answer. 

 

I am praying for all November scan date be done by early next week.

So I just called NVC and spoke to a very nice lady and was very helpful in my husbands case.  I am not sure on the regional scan date however I received a checklist on Nov. 25th and we sent the document in.  I have a new scan date of Dec. 19th.  After, I spoke to the rep I explained that what they were asking for was already in the original packet but I sent another copy just in case it was lost.  She was very apologetic and said let me talk to my supervisor and see if she can just review the case. According to her the Supervisor agreed that she will take the case as it was only one document.  It is has been put on Supervisor review however they may not get to it until Wednesday.  She did mention that Monday was a holiday for them and that to call back Friday as the case should be close by then.  So that is exciting news I will report back on Friday on any updates from my end.

1st scan date: Not Sure (October?)

Checklist: Nov 25

2nd Scan date: December 19th

Supervisor review: Jan 13th

Original Scan Date: Oct 3, 2016

Checklist: Nov 25, 2016

2nd Scan date: Dec 19, 2016

Is anyone else having trouble to get into the NVC?  It keeps giving me a message on high call volume and hangs up at the end? I still have yet to see the infamous 3 n/as I was told to call them today and I cant get through. :(

Well I finally got it and it looks like it was never put in Supervisor review as I was told and they are telling me that I need to wait another 6 week! AGH!

DHL tracking information received: 22-February-2017     DHL tracking number appeared 28 hours after interview, scheduled for delivery the next day
Visa in hand: 23-Feb-2017
