So, Am I going to have interview scheduled in March.. because my case complete was January 13th. Yes, I know the Lucky Friday The 13th for me :)

When I called to confirm our CC, the rep told me that case completed before 1/11 will most likely be scheduled for February interviews, although ours were confirmed 1/11, no interview email yet...

Sorry you had to go through that.  Can't believe he actually hung up the phone on you.  Hang in there...easier said than done, but I think all November scan dates will have case complete soon.

When they tell you one is not available politely request a supervisor call back. I had one call me back at 11pm while the case was still under supervisor review

Sadly, it doesn't seem to be in any logical order

I had done that before, I even told him please help me speak to a supervisor and he was very rude.

Some people are just that way unfortunately. Seems like that call center has a good deal of reps that lack people skills. Its rough sitting on hold that long and not getting anywhere. Hang in there and try again

I'm rooting for you guys here! I will help as much as possible.

One tip for you is if you get a rude NVC rep on the phone, just hang up and call again.

Always expect to wait they are packed around prime-time with phone calls. I know you are anxious but they go through a-lot of people, look at it through there view.

Don't yell or say anything rude to get them annoyed.

Be patient, hang up on the rep and call again.

Hey guys, I just got off the phone with the NVC and had the weirdest call. So, earlier this week, our request for embassy change was finally approved. I called tonight to get some update and he said verbatim "there is some updates/ additional processing that is happening due to the embassy change, and you'll receive an email once the update/processing is finished" so then I asked if this is before/separate from the mail review and he said yes.

I tried to ask for for more information and he wouldn't give it to me. Now, im frustrated AND confused!! I don't know what to do or think, and I'm more worried and anxious now than I was before.

What the hell is updating/processing? I've never heard of it. I also asked if it was the background check or administrative processing and he said no...

any ideas?
