Just saw 3 N/A's so relieved.  But I do have a question for you guys.. Could it still be possible to get a RFE?  I hadn't seen anything yet or should I expect it through email?

I think most people have said 3 N/A's correlates with CC, not an RFE. When I got my checklist I did not have 3 N/A's. You can call to confirm though.

Congrats!

Congratulations!  If there are any documents they need at this stage, they will request you bring it to the interview.  You do not have to send in anything else to NVC.

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

The 3rd N/A would be where it say's, 'PAID' under Affidavit of Support fee. Once you see that change from 'PAID' to N/A, the you'll know your case is complete. I have 2 N/A'S already as I have shown in the picture, but the 3rd one for me is still 'PAID' not 'N/A; which means my case is still being 'reviewed'.

Hope this helps.

Ok, here is a question......Have there been cases which were closed by NVC, yet, still displayed "Paid" under AOS Fee?
