Since  NVC has all the FEES and all the CORRECTED DOCUMENTS that they sent me a checklist for back on 11/29/16 already, and that my documents are still "under review". which I have not confirmed yet, because I have not called them about 5 days, what is the next step in this process, now that the consulate is willing to expedite? I should still call NVC anyway, correct?  I am in total and utter shock, I don't know what to think.

In case you did not read what I received from NVC Expedite:

-Quote on Quote-

"Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: BNK20165****6 filed by R***ARD CHA****S  F******Y on behalf of LAKKANA  FARRELLY.

The U.S. Embassy or Consulate is willing to expedite this case when we have all the fees, forms, and documents. If you have not already done so, you can pay your fees and submit Form DS-260 at ceac.state.gov. Please send everything else to this address:

National Visa Center

31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2915".

---QUOTE ON QUOTE-

What do I do from here? Anyone have any suggestions, besides call NVC anyway.    I am expediting this case so my wife can get here with me A.S.A.P considering I just been diagnosed with a serious heart condition.

Does anyone else check the login page for a 3rd N/A several times every hour?

Scan date 11/14

Supervisor review 12/23

For me, its like every 15 minutes that I do that. Now I just found out that my case was approved by the embassy for Expedited Processing, I have no clue what that means, or where this goes from here.  I will say a prayer for you and all the others on this topic of Case Completes VERY SOON!!!  This is not easy, it certainly has changed me as a person just waiting and waiting.

Basically what will happen is that after they have completed reviewing your documents at NVC, the consulate will contact you with instructions to schedule your interview. But, yes, you should definitely contact NVC to see where you are at with your document review :)

I'm a first time poster but I've been monitoring this forum for a while to give me an idea of when I can expect a case complete from the NVC. I figured I would post my CC to give some of you long timers some hope that they are finally catching up. I called for the first time on Jan 9, at about 7.5 weeks to get an update. The woman on the phone said that she would put a note on our case to have it reviewed soon. Woke up this morning (3 days later) to 3 N/A's on my summary page. CC at exactly 8 weeks.

Scan Date: Nov 16

CC: Jan 11

Congrats...8 weeks..... Philippines ......Special treatment!!

I check the site 6 or 8 times a day.......Now, I'm seeing cases with later scan dates than mine getting  CCs......It's very depressing.

I feel you with this. This process is beyond frustrating and depressing but we just have to keep our chins up! I know that's easier said than done. Hoping we all that have been waiting for so long can hear something good from NVC by tomorrow.

No, don't worry, you're still in the right order... All the ones from 11/16 are cases from the Philippines, which are fast-tracked. Their whole process moves faster. You're still in the right place, don't you worry! They haven't gotten to our dates quite yet.

That's makes sense! Your comment kinda put me at ease just a little. They are very lucky I'd say ? I can't wait for them to come around to us! I'm sick of this wait to be honest?
