All this excitement, I had to check again for myself tonight. Alas no :(

It seems like most people getting CC's are in early/mid November. I'm late November so at least maybe that means in like 2 weeks or something.

Same here. I feel so happy for those who have gotten their c.c's. I was hoping to see something today being that I have been waiting since 11/4 scan date and supervisor review 12/19. You have certainly been waiting much longer. Hope we see a c.c soon!

Oh gosh, I'm so sorry. I know how you feel. I was in your boat last week. My scan date was October 12th and I was so emotionally exhausted, then miraculously on the Thursday I got my CC. Have you spoken to a supervisor yet? - I can't remember if you said you had.

I was hoping you would hear good news today.  That's an insanely long wait.  You should definitely ask to speak to a supervisor and if none are available, ask for a supervisor to call you back.  If you had a rude rep, call right back.  I've seen quite a few people here today who's had positive experiences with speaking to a supervisor.

No, not got it yet... My fingers are crossed to get it tomorrow...

It took a whole week for mine to complete after I spoke to a supervisor, so maybe Friday you'll get it... You should ask to speak to a supervisor again though, give them a reminder you're still waiting.

The Visa Processing in Portsmouth, NH is handle by this private contractor, FCI Federal. The people who answer our calls are not federal employees. They work for FCI Federal. I believe FCI Federal is supposed to review our documents within 6 weeks. But they are not meeting State Dept's contract goals. We need to do something about this.

Yes they do. After the big typhoon in 2013, cases from philippines were fast tracked and have stayed like that since.. either because of the typhoon or because of the US/Philippines Strategic Alliance
