My case got updated to "in transit" three days after I got CC. Then, 3 days later, my case was updated to "ready", meaning it had arrived at the consulate. I'm sure there's some variance between cases/consulates/countries/etc, though. But that was my experience!

Hey @hollycenations, congratulations on the approval!! I'll be in Montreal for my interview on Feb 13.

 

I checked out the timeline in your signature and it's interesting to me because we snail mailed NVC our documents on October 24, but we weren't approved until after Christmas, and my interview is 18 days after yours. I knew mailing would delay us (we didn't mind), it's just neat to see it actually play out. Maybe I'm lame for thinking it's interesting, though. :)

Received CR-1 visa: February 2017

POE (as IR-1): April 2017

Hello there again. I know it has been a while since I post at the forum but I got some good news today.

 

Our Visas are ISSUED today after 10 weeks and 4 days of waiting for medical results. This has been a very long wait and stressful road. Congratulations to all other visa approved and good luck to on coming interviews.

 

Now, 3 more weeks and few day AND yes; my family will be finally reunited forever. Good luck everyone.

Hello everyone, I am so happy to be able to post in this thread. My case was reviewed 01/19/2017 and I received a checklist, for a marriage certificate in the language of the country I got married in. I had already sent it, so I don't know why they asked for it again. So I sent it to them on Friday and they received it Monday. It was scanned 01/25/2017, and my case was completed 01/26/2017. I hope I get an interview date when they start scheduling next week.
