What to select in new Form N-400 Part 12 " Additional information About you" for questions 4B, 7B, 17A and 17B, 18A and 18B, 27B and 38B and 38C since my previous answers were "NO"?  Should I leave the answers blank since I do not have the option to select "N/A" to this questions?

These questions are in two parts. The first part reads, "Have you EVER done (whatever it asks)?" If your answer is No, then the "B" part of the question is redundant because it says, "If you answered YES, blah blah bah". You leave that part blank.

If you answered Yes in the first part however, well, you'll need to answer the second part...
