Evidence of bonafide marriage for AOS interview

Hi all.

Just going to include below what we do have:

* car insurance in both names

* lease with both names

* bank account - joined - with large purchase history (eg a sofa, entertainment system)

* photos

* utilities coming out of joint account

* christmas cards to both of us, dated

* marriage cards, dated, to us

We can't afford health insurance, and my husband cant be added to the utilities bill as he owes money to the COA people who manage it. It's ridiculous but basically until he clears a balance, he can't have electricity! So we had to put it solely in my name.

Will there be more needed? We will file taxes next year with both our names so can add that to the list.

from the sound of it, you've got more than enough as proof of genuine marriage. Only thing I can say make sure the picture include some family members because that would help a lot. Good luck!
