Yes already applied for N-400 in December 2017. Its progressing as expected. It all depends on your field office. Some people in Florida have already had their interview and are waiting for their oath ceremony.

Thank you Shell! I decided to take a look at the mailbox after I replied your posts in the Feb thread yesterday. It was really unexpected as it had been over a year, even longer than the AOS journey. I actually tried to schedule an InfoPass but no luck.

So I went to my infopass appointment yesterday as its been over 60 days since I received my approval letter and still havent received my GC, they ended up stamping my passport for a year and pretty much said it might take up to a year for it to be produced.. 

 

I should also mention that I made a service request last week and am still waiting to hear from them.

My friends call me Tinkerbell so perhaps there is some truth in that.  You missed out on a service request though!! lol  :)  Just very happy for you!

We were one of the first ones to receive an approval here, but the green card hasn't arrived.  3 weeks after receiving the approval, we received a notice for interview.  We thought maybe this was a mistake, but the green card never came, and so we went to the interview.  The adjudicator said she doesn't know why we received the letter, since she didn't send it.  Keep an eye out for a notice for interview just in case.

Hi All,

 

I've been trying to schedule an InfoPass appointment at the Des Moines field office because my wife's I-551 stamp expires on March 17. However, every morning that I check for available appointment times (around 6AM) it says they have no appointments available. I've never had any issues with getting an appointment at the Des Moines field office but am a little concerned now. Does anyone have any tips, such as what time of the day the new appointments become available?
