Thanks Dave.

Did you also submit a ID photo?

Yes. I remember they asked me for my passport picture, since I said I was a US Citizen and was applying for my wife. I don't remember it asking for a photo of her.

Actually they said the truth, because their last update was: Sep 7 2016 AS Nov 30, 2017

But the truth is that they are working now on Sep 2016 not as Nov 2017! Because we see Sep CSC filers are getting their responses now.

They probably are but they are probably also working on October too. I guess their update will give us all a greater picture and as of 12th Feb, the Texas centre is going to be concentrating on the 1-130 forms, so lets see if this helps CSC to pick up speed, can't go much slower can they and if they do I am quite willing to give them a hand if they want to put me up in a hotel.  Oh yeah I can't as I am not a citizen......  Lol

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

Im just confused now. I sent my package end of January 17. And everyone’s NOA is from like 5 days later. My NOA is from April. And biometrics in June. Now looks like is going to be a hell of waiting

That's weird. You NOA should have been from February. VSC did approve few March-2017 applicants and they might get to your file in a month or two, Good luck. At least you are not a CSC applicant. CSC is freaking slow and takes on average 17 to 18 months to process petitions.

For those that know, we have initially received a letter stating that her AOS was approved, however after a couple of weeks she also received a Notice For Interview.  We just returned from the interview and the adjudicator said that she will be "recommending" approval of her AOS application and she should receive her new green card in 30 days.  She said she couldn't stamp her passport, but if she hasn't received her green card close to her trip in March, to setup an infopass appointment a week before to get the stamp.

The lady was very nice.  She had a thick folder with everything from the K-1 application to the AOS application.  She asked for current bills, bank statements, tax return, insurance, pay stubs.  She did not get too personal.  The interview was quick like 15 minutes.

Hopefully, the green card comes soon.  Its not final until the green card is in our hands.

Please update our approval date on the list to today.

So I received my approval letter back in December and its been almost 60 days since i've received it and there hasn't been any updates to my case status so I decided to call USCIS and asked for a service request which they did file but I had already scheduled an infopass appointment for next week, should I still go to the infopass appointment or just wait to hear back from the service request?

If I was you and looking at your local office then I would definitely apply for N400 as soon as that window opens. I dont think your field office is overly busy compared to others and I think what will happen is that they will probably adjudicate ROC and N400 together. i would imagine if you did this you would probably be done with both by around July/August.  You have to wait for CSC for four months at the moment so what do you have to lose?  Good luck with what ever you decide. :)

Yes we are thinking the same thing, but we get scared when we see some experiences that did not go well, as when we read someone says that his/her N-400 affected his/her I-751 and slowed it up, while other people who are in the same processing time but they did not apply for N-400 get their approval.

Anyway thank you so much @shell20 for your advice! Good luck for you too.

Congratulations!!   Thanks for posting  the timeline of when your husband received his approval the dates of the approval, card production, card mailing and arrival, as we get SO many people asking the same old question, how long does it take from approval to receive the GC. I think we should all make  a concerted effort to list this then we  all can have an approximate time of how long they take to actually press that card production button and how long the mail should take after doing so. I don't know I use to work for a famous credit card company and sometimes order cards, it was a case of just pressing a button and ordering one, took all of 2 seconds.
