A question – does your cases status update at all after approval, for either of the case numbers at the bottom of the biometrics form (the original I-751 case number and the CRI-89 case number)?

We got an RFE on ours from the Vermont Service Center.  I thought I included enough evidence, but I did not include our tax return because we hadn't filed our taxes yet when we applied.  I'm gathering all of the documents and hoping to fed-ex it out tomorrow.  Does anyone have any experience with RFEs?  Will this put us back at the bottom of the pile or will they rule on it as soon as they receive the additional documents?  Also does anyone know if you have to send the original RFE letter or can you send a copy of the letter?  Any advice is appreciated.  Thanks!

I rec'd the letter yesterday - no update to case status. I rec'd a text this morning saying that there was an update to my case. When I logged in, the CRI-89 case was updated to show that "New Card Is Being Produced".

What is really going on with CSC. Junuary fillers start getting aproved at Verment. Which means CSC is behind 4 months maybe more. I wonder how long we still have to wait for them to get to out cases.
