Hi Everyone,

 

My I-751 petition was received at the CASC yesterday. I sent the old form on accident as I already had the old version saved to my computer but glad to read that USCIS still accept these through February. Thankfully, I sent the $680!

We sent our package today 1/14/17 (Conditional Green Card expires 4/14/17) to Vermont via USPS Priority Express with Return Receipt requested. 

UPS said they or FedEx don't send to PO boxes.

Hi January Filers.

I am about to send my application this Tues (1/17/17). I don't have much evidence to submit so I am wondering if you think these is enough.

-copy of my GC

-joint tax returns for 2015 and 2016 (with amendment for 2015)

-for 1095A from Insurance Marketplace (includes my spouse name)

-joint checking and savings account statement for the last year (since they cannot generate since 2014)

-copies of driver's licenses showing the same address

-copies of utility bills (one under both our names and the other 2 with names of each)

-copy of my insurance policy with him as my beneficiary

-affidavit from 2 of my friends/family who both know our history

-copy of some cards that was sent from my home country to both of us (I just copied the messages)

-6 photos of us with friends and family

 

and I am filing at Vermont center

and I am filing at Vermont center

i don't have much evidence either but put lots of picture and 3 affidavit from family and friends if they are not satisfied they will request for more evidence so we will just wait .
