That's too bad, USPS messes up a lot. Hopefully they deliver your original package soon!

You will be OK. Here is what the USCIS site says:

12/23/16. Starting 02/21/17, USCIS will only accept the 12/23/16 edition. Until then, you can use previous editions. However, all filings postmarked 12/23/16 or later must include the new fees or we will reject them. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the Form and Instructions.

Hope this puts your mind at ease! We have enough stress with this process lol.

Hi Joansaphire,

According to USCIS they will be accepting the old version until 02-20-17 if you send the new fee which is $680.

Please check the information below. I got this information from USCIS gov website.

Hi Mihika_14,

I had mine organized by the type of evidence (taxes, finanses, insurance) in three clear folders and placed all three of them in a thick plastic folder with pockets (purchased all in CSV for appox $6). I figured it would make it easier for the officers to see what is where. But I may be wrong - they probably have their own routine in place anyway...but it looks nicer when organized

I sent mine off on Monday afternoon with Priority Mail and, according to the USPS tracking, it is still in transit from Nashua NH to Vermont...since 10:30 AM...It should be a 4 hour drive! But, anyway, hope they will get it tomorrow (Friday). No big difference at this point - as Monday is a holiday...

Also I found a very good youtube but had to look as most were not using the latest form. I will try to find it again.

Hi,

I sent my package in an ACCO Folder very well organized with tab dividers. I read online that you can use ACCO folders but you can't use binders. Hope this helps you.
